Keukenhof Guided Tours

My visit to Keukenhof was nothing short of magical! The gardens were bursting with color and fragrance — a true celebration of spring. Every path we walked led to breathtaking displays of tulips, hyacinths, and daffodils, each more vibrant than the last. i have great experience with headout!

I loved the quality of the coaches and the cruise boat. I loved that it was all very well organised, including the check-in.

The minute I was meet to my departure your team made me feel I was the only customer ( even though there was 15-20 k others ) The quality of the meeting area, buses , communication , knowledge and care was first class --- I could not recommend you any higher and I have told several Irish people to liaison with your company -- an excellent job thank you

Guide Blas gave us good view to Amsterdam, Holland and Keukenhof . Keukenhof was lovely experience with all flowers and history.

To have more free time and a better explanation I didn't really see any point in taking a guided tour because you don't need a guide to visit the park.

We had difficulty locating the bus site We were put on a bus with a Spanish guide even though we speak French/English. The other guide was ok but only the Spanish one spoke

On the bus, the whole trip was guided in Spanish, even though there were 20-25% of us English speakers. They could have allocated time for us too for 45 minutes. We got to hear the guidance for 10-15 mins on arrival, which was difficult with lots of people already around.

We attended on 25th March and there was NOT the anticipated millions of tulips in bloom as advertised. Why do you open and sell tickets when the tulips are not in full bloom? We travelled from the UK to see them and was fully let down. Also thought we had a 45 min guided tour... Nothing. Devistated that the only tulips in bloom were all on the inside. This was something on our bucket list and it was ruined. You shouldnt open up the tickets so early!!

What a wonderful day trip! Keukenhof is a must-see, and the guided tour from Headout was perfect. The bus was comfortable, and our guide was really knowledgeable. They pointed out all the best spots for photos and shared some fun facts about the tulips. The roundtrip transfer made everything so convenient.

Awesome. It was a great experience. We could book online and with kids. Staff was super friendly. Once we booked then we realized that there are two different company starting from 2 different locations in Amsterdam. We explored these 2 Locations a day before and this helped us.

Organization, time spent on site

Keukenhof experience was good, travel comfortable, guide good. But.... the cheese demonstration and tasting (not!) experience at Zaanse Schans was a true waste of time - not worth the wait, not worth the very basic demonstration, not worth the so-called tasting. We would have much prefered to have more free time to be able to make it in time to go inside some of the windmills that were open and experience that instead.

First of all, I would like to say that I am not a fan of this type of tour. Nevertheless, I opted for this tour as it was offered in German. Unfortunately, the tour was bilingual, which is ok, mainly in English and only very sporadically translated into German. Looking back, I could have driven my own car.

I thought the windmill section was just a big tourist trap

Organization of the trip: meeting point, on time, very well organized. The Keukenhof is spectacular!

Very easy and simple process. On boarding very systematic. Driver is excellent He explained so well about history. We learned a lot about The Netherlands

The organization, the driver very pleasant and professional. The welcome and comments of the farm owner.

The bus on the return journey had no airconditioning. For a 90 min journey on one of the hottest days this year so far, this was unacceptable. It was mentioned twice to the driver but nothing was done. We found out later that they knew there was an issue with it before we started the journey. Unacceptable

Tulips! The flowers were beautiful and the park lovely

The tulip farm was great!!! Kukenhof is huge and there's so much to see but 4hrs was a bit much for me.

The Keukenhof Gardens are magnificent

No tulip farm trip. Asked for reduction guided by ticket issuing counter staff. no response. even inquired to this feedback addres, no response. most terrible service i experienced in Europe. only ask for feedback no customer service. it is wasting customers time to answer your survey. never send me again on this kind of non-usful survey again and again.

This trip with Headout was fantastic. Seeing all those colorful tulips at Keukenhof was amazing, and then going to the actual farm was even better! It was so cool to see how they grow. Highly recommend!

What a perfect day trip from Amsterdam! Keukenhof was breathtaking – so many beautiful flowers! But the best part was the tulip farm. It was so much fun learning about tulips and taking pictures in the fields. Headout made it super easy with the bus and the tour guide.

Le chauffeur de bus était très sympathique et patient. Le jardin de Keukenhof est magnifique ! Pour la ferme des tulipes et pour la croisière des moulins, j'ai regretté que les guides ne parlent qu'anglais. Du coup, je n'ai pas tout compris. Si on avait pu avoir le texte écrit en français de ce que les guides disaient, cela aurait été super ! Merci d'y penser pour la prochaine fois !

I had such a great time on this tour! Keukenhof is a must-see, and the tulip farm was a wonderful surprise. It was so much more than just flowers – it was a whole experience! Headout took care of everything, from the transportation to the tickets. It was a relaxing and fun day, and I learned a lot too.
